Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FoF (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

The Service allows you to post content such as text, images, videos, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By posting User Content, you grant FoF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service (including making content available according to your selected visibility and group settings).

The Service includes visibility controls (e.g., Only Me, Friends, Friends of Friends, My Groups). You are responsible for choosing the appropriate visibility for your content.

Group administrators may apply additional rules or restrictions within their groups.

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or threatening content.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to bypass visibility controls, quotas, group rules, or security features.
• Upload malware, exploit code, or otherwise interfere with the Service.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission.

We may remove content, restrict accounts, restrict features, or terminate access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, our guidelines, or applicable law.

These actions may occur with or without prior notice.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

If you delete your account, your profile may become unavailable and your username/display identity may no longer be shown.

Some of your User Content may remain visible to preserve conversations and group history, but may be attributed to “Deleted user”.

Group owners may be required to transfer ownership before deletion can be finalized.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates when the latest changes were made.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
